OUTSTANDING Customer Service from YouTrip!

So long story short, my YouTrip Mastercard was compromised and a series of unauthorised transactions were made to my card:

I mean, I don't even have an Amazon account, let alone a Japan Amazon account.

So I reached out to YouTrip and they got me to fill up a chargeback form, which is pretty straightforward:

They immediately disable my current card and send out a new one! What a painless process!

Unfortunately, due to the peak season, my replacement card could have gotten lost in the post - I have waited for 2 weeks but still have not received it. So I contacted YouTrip again and expressed that I have hoped to use the card in my upcoming trip in about 5 days.

To my surprise, YouTrip immediately sends out another card via courier and I received it the next working day!
